MY WORLD

I am like the average Nigerian girl you find on the streets.I have had dreams and aspirations. Many of which i have given up on. Growing up, i always was the one whose head was in the clouds. Dreaming big; seeing what no one else saw. You would call me the biblical Joseph.
I fancied the best; never believed the errors and mistakes.My world as i knew it was Perfect. Some see me as a little too innocent...ooo! but they are wrong.i really can't blame them you know.  

Never judge a book by its cover... A very popular saying. Its real!

I would really love to tell you about my life as i remember it. However, i won't want to rush things.First, i will tell you about who i think i am.

All my life , i have held on the belief that life is a one way route.You can call me a dreamer.I learned at an early age to work hard and build determination from within. However,i picked anger and hatred along the way.You know how people say they have been through a lot in life? I tend to believe that i have had my fair share of experiences-the good; the bad; and the disgusting.

I live in the central commercial capital of Nigeria- LAGOS! Or as many will say- LASGIDI: the city of hustling! I don't just live in Lag, i was born and bred on the streets of Lagos.  The hustle; the bustle; the rush and above all my favorite part- the Traffic. You may begin to wonder why people think i am innocent, especially with my exposure as a Lag chic. That's the mystery! But behind it all, there is the real me. The young female whose life has been altered several times;whose young ideals and wishes have been tainted; who wishes sometimes that all she has lost to the greed of others, to the avarice of pedophiles, to the stereotype that limits- she can get back. But that is not how the world works. Once there is a dent- the real shape is lost.
